GT540M Benchmark and Performance

Hey fellow geeks out there, this is my new blog. I'll show you how to tweak your display settings in most of the decent games in order to enjoy a high-resolution gaming with breathtaking detail. First of all, I'll tell you about my laptop. I have an Acer Aspire 5750G, which will get outdated very soon. This laptop has similar specs to most of the high-end laptops available in the market now. But if you can afford a super gaming laptop, then I'll suggest you to buy an AlienWare M15x. Because GTX460M is more powerful than GT540M.

Next, I'll brief you on FPS, which stands for Framerate Per Second.
Frame rates in video games refer to the speed at which the image is refreshed. Low FPS means lag. High FPS means smooth. Highest FPS that I can get with my laptop is around 60 - 70. Lowest FPS is around 20 - 30 when I play that fucked up Crysis 2.

This is my specs.

Intel Core i7-2630QM 2.0 GHz | NVIDIA GeForce GT540M 2GB | 15.6" HD LED LCD | 4GB DDR3 Memory | 640GB HDD

damn , I thought of Buying a new Asus laptop similar to your specs but since you said it runs around 20-30 fps on crysis it made me think twice. are you on 64bit or 32bit os?
